ESSMA offers support tailored to the individual needs of each member.
Members can ask their individual questions towards the ESSMA community experts through our ASK ESSMA-service. The ESSMA staff gathers input from members and provides a tailored report towards the member. 91 leagues and clubs used this service in 2019 to find out more about topics such as the pro’s and cons of loyalty programmes (e.g. Malmö FF and Stade Rennais), challenges for retractable roofing (e.g. Sporting Charleroi) or an update regarding European stewarding programmes (Danish League).
Targeted meetings & visits
Some strategic problems could benefit from a dedicated visit to a European stadium that faced the same question, or struggles with it now. ESSMA organises this type of visits and introductions towards other European stadiums. The goal remains to have a direct exchange of experiences and learn from one another.
Suitable answer to broad strategic questions
When encountering a larger amount of questions, that asks for an approach with multiple discussion partners, ESSMA remains disposable for support. As an organisation, we strongly believe in this peer-to-peer approach where more than 350 European members inspire each other.
