Al Bayt Stadium – Al Khor City, being delivered by Aspire Zone Foundation, the stadium takes its name from bayt al sha’ar – tents historically used by nomadic peoples in Qatar and the Gulf region. The stadium will host matches right through to the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ semi-finals.

The European Stadium & Safety Management Association (ESSMA) will gather during the Fan Experience Workshop. The event will be held in Paris (France) from 8 to 9 October at the Paris La Défense Arena.

Legia Warsaw’s new training centre will include 8 pitches, additional sports infrastructure, 9000 m2 building with dressing rooms, offices for the coaches, 24 rooms for the first team players (with 4* standards), 30 rooms for youth players, an R&D lab, etc.

The fifth ESSMA Summit will be organised from 22 to 23 January 2019 at Estadío Do Dragão, home of FC Porto. This must-attend stadium industry event is organised by ESSMA in partnership with European Leagues and ECA (European Club Association).

Canada, Mexico and USA have won the bid to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup which has been awarded under FIFA’s new bidding process. The 2026 World Cup will be the first to feature 48 nations across the globe and to be hosted by three different countries.
