CBRE's facilities management (FM) business has been built over 30 years and delivers mechanical and electrical engineering (M&E), building fabric maintenance and facilities management services to clients across the UK and Europe. We also provide specialist engineering in critical environments and project management.

The FM team is made up of five divisions that have been created in response to our clients' needs. Each team is led by a director who is empowered to make decisions that will enhance our relationships with our clients: there are no additional layers of management or red tape.
