CBRE's facilities management (FM) business has been built over 35 years and delivers facilities management including M&E and fabric maintenance, energy management and project management services to clients across the world. The FM team is split into divisions that have been created in response to our clients' needs, with each team focussed on a specific sector and specialising in that market.

  • Facilities Management: We ensure statutory compliance while creating safe, secure and high performing environments for building users. We have been providing facilities management services to the stadium sector for over 10 years and have built up a large knowledge base. We can share our experience and lessons learned to support other partners with their day to day operations and longer-term asset and maintenance strategies.
  • Project Management: We have a dedicated stadia project management team who provide tailored solutions for one off short or long-term building projects. We have vast experience working in this sector and have carried out substantial projects across a number of the UK’s largest stadiums.
  • Energy Management: With 120 energy professionals located throughout Europe, we can advise members on a range of initiatives including energy audits, managing the requirements of ISO or developing full corporate sustainability strategies. We have demonstrated significant energy savings within stadium environments without the need for large capex projects.
  • Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services: We manage, operate, maintain and provide real estate advisory and transaction services to various sporting venues and public event spaces across multiple markets within the UK, Europe and the Americas. Services include: portfolio strategy, rent and rates, property valuation, sourcing, leasing and disposal.
