ESSMA Spotlight kicks off your 2021 with loads of inspiration and best-practices
How 2021 will unfold in the stadium industry is a question no one can answer today. One certainty is that all members will need to be creative and collaborate to reach tangible results.
ESSMA wants to support and accelerate your search by offering inspiration and best practices, spotted inside and outside the stadium industry on ESSMA Spotlight. ESSMA Spotlight is a fully online, interactive event where knowledge sharing is key. In addition, innovative networking tools will be at your disposal to reach out to as much of your peers as possible. Several ticketing formulas are available. A ticket is necessary to participate and/or to obtain presentations and other input from the event afterwards.
How to welcome the audience back into large venues once again?
Keynote speakers look back on 2020 and lessons learned for the future.
The majority of sports and entertainment venues have had the opportunity to welcome back visitors for a certain period of time in the past months.Valuable lessons were learned in combining hygienic requirements, safety protocols and fan experience. Adam Baker from FIA,John Beattie from Arsenal FC and Cyril De Greve from ESSMA are happy to guide you through the landscape of possibilities and probabilities for the year to come!
14 speakers so far in 2 tracks: create your own experience!
Fourteen relevant voices in the stadium industry prepare an insightful session on January 19th or 20th. Discover the entire programme and assemble the ideal combination to answer your challenges.
All tracks can be combined! And don’t forget to take advantage from the networking options like 1-on-1 sessions with the speakers or various interaction streams to engage topically with other participants.
Mastermind sessions to collaborate on specific topics
Some topics benefit more from a strong collaboration in a small group than a large knowledge sharing. ESSMA selected two topics to discuss in a smaller setting: the ban on pesticides in pitch management and the entrance of single-use plastics. The goal is to gather no more than 15 participants in each session to discuss the topic, more precisely, the situation in the stadiums participating in the mastermind session. That means we expect a small preparation, which gives an overview of the current situation and pitfalls. As seats are limited, there will be a first-come first-serve principle. To attend a mastermind session, you need a general ESSMA Spotlight ticket.
