Development & Construction

  • Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium in Al Rayyan is the fourth fully operational FIFA World Cup 2022™ tournament venue and has been inaugurated on Qatar National Day hosting the 48th Amir Cup final. The 40,000-capacity venue will host seven matches during Qatar 2022 up to the round of 16 stage. The stadium is equipped with the LENTA SEACS system (Spectators Electronic Access Control System), an electronic access control system developed by ESSMA Corporate Partner Infomatika.

  • After 3 years of construction FC Lausanne Sport has inaugurated its new 12.000 capacity Stade de la Tuilière

SMART & Sustainability

  • KV Mechelen installed solar panels on the roof of its stadium as a new step towards a more sustainable stadium. 

Fan Experience & Hospitality

  • Red Star FC offers its fans a matchday audio experience of 15 minutes showcasing the behind-the-scene moments, fans chanting and matchday highlights from the 2019/20 match against US Quevilly-Rouen Métropole.

General News

  • ESSMA Corporate Partner, Accredit Solutions, has won  funding to roll out pandemic response software to major events.  Accredit-GO will help those responsible for major events comply with local COVID-19 regulations through the collection of health data and documents, in order to get back to hosting live events in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner.
