FC Zenit has implemented the newest biometric facial identification system technology of ESSMA Corporate Partner, Speech Technology Center, at Gazprom Arena. The system allows an increase in the security level, a decrease in public image and financial costs incurred through illegal actions by fans, prevention of banned fans from entering the stadium, and prompt response to attempts by fans to enter the stadium using other fans' passes.

Fan Experience and Hospitality
Legia Warsaw introduced a chatbot for its fans. With the Legia chatBOT, fans can get in touch with the club via Facebook Messenger to receive news, to play games and quizzes, ask questions, etc.
Two lucky Feyenoord fans will be able to experience a match at 51 metres in the sky. With the Droomseats campaign, the two fans will have the opportunity to watch the match at one of the light masts in the stadium.
The second season of eAllsvenskan has started with more teams participating, a new format and additional opportunities to watch the games.
General News
UEFA announced the postponement of its flagship national team competition, UEFA EURO 2020, due to be played in June and July this year, to 2021. The health of all those involved in the game is the priority, as well as to avoid placing any unnecessary pressure on national public services involved in staging matches. The move will help all domestic competitions, currently on hold due to the COVID-19 emergency, to be completed.
