Fan Experience & Hospitality

  • To thank its season ticket holders and business partners for their loyalty, PSV launched a unique direct mailing in which they can unlock 3D AR features in the club’s app via a postcard. It puts for example one of their players in the fan’s living room.

  • Royal Antwerp FC launched its season ticket holder campaign for the 2020/21 season as well as to thank its fans for the recent months. Fans who prolong their season ticket will be added to the official team jersey for the upcoming season.

  • KV Kortrijk launched its MyKVK Club Membership to further involve its fans in the club’s operations. The membership has been established as a result of their annual fan survey in cooperation with ESSMA Corporate Partner, CCV.

  • With the Bundesliga Home Challenge, a virtual football tournament organised by DFL, they are engaging with fans worldwide. A total of 110 competitors from 26 clubs took part in the tournament, played in EA SPORTS’ football simulation video game, FIFA 20, exclusively on the PlayStation 4 console.

COVID-19 updates

  • With LaLiga returning to the pitch, fans who are watching the broadcasting are able to experience the match with virtual fans and crowd noises to the background. The broadcast experiences will be available both domestically and internationally, although fans in Spain will have the option to view the empty stadium without the crowd audio.

  • Several Premier League clubs are working together with ESSMA Corporate Partner, CleanEvent Services, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for players and staff.
