iXpole becomes an ESSMA Stadium Partner

iXpole, a total solution for the full relational (CRM) and operational (ERP) management of sponsorship and VIP hospitality, has become an ESSMA Stadium Partner.

Founded in 2014, they joined the Association a year later as Corporate Partner and have been a valued partner throughout the course of the last 3 years. 

Focusing on centralising masterdata, their goal is to improve the communication between different departments and informing management on critical key performance indicators. In the last 4 seasons, iXpole has taken about half of the Belgian football clubs to a higher level in terms of professionalization.

Thanks to iXpole, all B2B processes can be automated in order to optimise customer contacts and increase service levels of stadiums and sports organisations. Their self-service VIP portal enables partners to manage their own electronic tickets so they can print, download, transmit and personalise them. In addition, partners can book or confirm catering options, order additional VIP services and manage contracts or e-invoices online.
