Pre-visit ESSMA Summit 2024: Johan Cruijff ArenA

Behind the scenes, ESSMA is busy preparing for the ESSMA Summit 2024 at the Johan Cruijf Arena in Amsterdam. This of course includes the necessary site visits. Last week, managing director Ludwig Sneyers visited the arena for final contractual arrangements and the practical side of the event.

While the Johan Cruijff ArenA is in full preparation and execution of their event summer, ESSMA visited the ArenA. Besides Bruce Springsteen, Beyoncé, The Weeknd and Coldplay will pass in the coming weeks. So a busy agenda for this multi-purpose stadium that is undoubtedly a pioneer in terms of event organisation. For the ESSMA Summit on 23 and 24 January 2024, there was extensive consultation on the choice of venues, activities, catering and, of course, content.

"As for the practical part of the event, it also promises to be very high quality this year. We already chose beautiful venues and a very strong caterer. In addition, we are also launching some new interesting activities about which we will share more soon. So be sure to stay tuned!" said Ludwig Sneyers.

ESSMA still plans follow-up visits to Amsterdam with the team in September and November. The next programme committee to finalise the programme will take place in August
