This year’s Development & Construction Workshop was organised at Paris La Défense Arena. Over 38 members from 7 countries learned insights and shared knowledge related to the economic impact, multifunctional stadium concepts, stadium of the future and hospitality concepts.

This year’s Fan Experience Workshop was organised at Paris La Défense Arena. Over 55 members from 12 countries learned insights and shared knowledge related to fan activation, loyalty, data gathering & CRM and digitalisation.

The third issue of the 2018 Stadium Development Report provides information on the stadium projects of Hertha Berlin, Stade Brestois, Hardturm Stadium, AEK Athens and AS Roma. In addition, there are insights and updates on the training facilities projects of Leicester City FC, AFC Bournemouth and PSG. Regarding trends and technologies, you can find an expert panel on stadium sound installations and insights on ESSMA’s F&B Benchmark.

It is with great pleasure that ESSMA can announce the addition of a new Advisory Committee member: Sebastian Seibt (Business Development Manager for Stadiums at Bosch). We are confident that ESSMA will benefit from his experience and we look forward working together.

ESSMA is proud to present its first Benchmark Report, focusing on Food and Beverages. The goal of this research is to discover insights in the current Food & Beverage stadium market. The research focuses on general audience and does not include hospitality packages.

The European Stadium & Safety Management Association (ESSMA) will gather on 13 and 14 November in Copenhagen for its Safety & Security Workshop. Telia Parken and Brøndby Stadium will be the host venues for the event.
